Many days when you get up you will find that there is a slowness to yourself. You feel low and unhappy. You are sad for no reason. Life has not changed but there is an internal feeling of sadness. This could be because of a number of reasons,Life is super boring. ,you have been trying for a long time but not getting anywhere. You are just bored. So what do you do?
1.Accept this feeling.
2. Dont try to get out of it,allow youself to feel low. The first step to healing is to recognize and accept all our moods as they occur.
3.Get dressed and do your routine work,you can dress up in brighter clothes than usual,this will enlighten the mood a bit.
4. Eat what you want. Always placing restrictions on self can be depressing. Give youself the freedom for this day.
5. Talk to someone,go for a walk.
6. If you still feel low over many days seek help.
